Local ace Sylvie Mullins dominated the double header Hillclimb weekend at Ballyvaughan, Co Clare, with his V8 Judd engine Gould winning both days at the Corkscrew and Ballinalacken hills.
He had almost three seconds in hand over the similar car of Michael Connolly on Saturday, but the Carlowman was less than half a second behind yesterday. Defending Naylor Engineering National Hillclimb champion Joe Courtney was third each time in his Reynard.
